About Riley to the Rescue
Catering, Inc.
Barbara Rochatka-Riley has been a cook since 1971.
She has taught cooking
at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, Habitat
in Belmont and private cooking sessions. She has also
been a food writer for the Boston Herald and has published
articles in numerous newspapers. She put together her
own Riley to the Rescue Cookbook, available through Barbara
Riley. Barbara has developed recipes for Kraft, Campbells,
Barilla Pasta and Marie's Dressings.
She has worked as sous chef to Jacques Pépin,
Yan Can, and the late Julia Child and Frugal Gourmet.
She was on numerous televisions shows demonstrating
her food recipes and through it all, created a shopping
bag of creativity, food experiences and innovative masterpieces
during the span of many years!
